Autumn Gardens is a purpose built nursing and residential care home located in Southgate. We have 85 light and airy rooms with en-suite facilities. In our residential unit, we provide personal care for those who find it increasingly difficult to cope at home with the activities of daily living without assistance, such as washing, dressing, eating and mobility. Similar to the residential unit, the nursing team creates detailed person centred care plan, tailoring our care to suit the resident’s needs.
